       before salad

Agnolotti - flat, round pasta stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese,
       sautéed in cream and parmesan cheese

Linguine Pesto - linguine noodles sautéed with basil, pine nuts, romano
       cheese and olive oil -very herbal

Penne Arrabbiate - pasta tubes sautéed in a spicy tomato sauce and
       parmesan cheese

Tortellini - ring noodles stuffed with ham and veal, sautéed in cream
       and parmesan cheese and pesto

Antipasto Tray - a wide variety of Italian meats, sausages, cheeses and
       vegetables

Antipasto Frutti di Mare - mixed seafood marinated with olive oil, lemon
       and spices

Calamari Fritti - baby squid dusted with flour, fried and served with
      marinara
sauce

Filetto Trifolato - medallions of prime aged tenderloin beef, sautéed with
      garlic, mushrooms, rosemary and barolo wine

Penne alla Romana - pasta tubes with ground mild Italian sausage and
      tomato sauce

      grilled and served with sautéed potato

Pollo al Vino Bianco - boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms,
      white wine and cream sauce

Pollo Marsala - boneless chicken breast sautéed with red marsala wine
       and mushrooms

Pollo Pizzaiola - boneless chicken breast sautéed with white wine, garlic,
      tomatoes, capers, oregano

      sautéed with butter, garlic, white wine and lemon juice

Vitella Ferrara - veal scaloppine sautéed with mushrooms and brandy
      cream sauce

Vitella Limone - scaloppine of veal in butter & lemon sauce

Vitello Minorese - scaloppine of veal sautéed with marinated roasted
      red and green peppers

Pork Chop - stuffed pork chop with mozzarella cheese prosciutto and
      madeira wine sauce
